Following the successful merger of the Winter Rule accountancy practice with Francis Clark in 2011, Winter Rule Financial Planning has now changed its business name to Francis Clark Financial Planning with effect from 1 May 2012.

In 2011 we were delighted to be awarded the prestigious title of Chartered Financial Planners and we are one of only seven Independent Financial Advisers in Cornwall to hold that distinction. The merger with Francis Clark Financial Planning has enabled resources, capabilities and technical expertise to be pooled creating one of the premier adviser firms in Cornwall and the South West.

The local team remains the same and existing and new clients will still have access to a dedicated local adviser. Alan Turner, David Clifton and Michelle Willcock continue to offer clients the excellent local service that resulted in the Chartered Status award but now with the added advantage of the resources of a larger practice at no extra cost.
